These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Clean Body Biotics, Inc. (dba Winnow and Winnow Labs) (“Winnow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any purchases, subscriptions, and interactions through www.winnowlabs.com (the “Site”) or other {subdomain}.winnowlabs.com subdomains. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Shipping

We currently ship products within the United States only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or pricing errors. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

2. Product Descriptions, Content, and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. 

3. Payment and Billing

We accept payments through Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions are auto-billed according to the frequency selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring purchases until you cancel.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel, pause, skip orders, or change other details your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If your subscription is not canceled before the next shipment is processed, you will be charged and your order will be shipped. Refunds on recurring subscription orders are not eligible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific terms. Generally, we offer any customer refunds on their first time subscription or first-time one-time orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping, VAT, and duties). Refunds are issues even on open and used products. Full refunds, including all product and shipping costs, may be issued as store credit if preferred.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimers

The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement regimen.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winnow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Site or products.

8. Acceptable Use and Conduct - Website & Products

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious code, scraping, spamming, or submitting false reviews. We reserve the right to terminate or limit access for violators.

You agree that you will not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or export any product that you order from the Website.

9. User Content and Reviews

Users may submit product reviews and comments. By submitting content, you grant Winnow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish such content, including your name and any imagery or supplemental materials provided with your review. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content.
