At Clean Body Biotics, Inc. (dba Winnow and Winnow Labs), we aim to deliver your probiotic supplements quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. The following outlines our shipping policies and procedures for customers within the United States.

1. Shipping Regions


We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

2. Shipping Costs


• All new and active subscription orders ship free of charge  
• One-time purchases are charged a flat shipping rate of $5 per order.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery usually occurs within 5–7 business days depending on your location and carrier service, unless an express shipping method was selected at checkout, in which case those transit times apply after the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Carriers


We use a variety of shipping partners to ensure the best service, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Pitney Bowes. The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping destination and service level.

5. Shipment Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages


If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@winnowlabs.com. We will work with you to promptly replace or reship your order at no additional cost.
