Wellness is personal. If your first order doesn’t feel right for you, we’ll honor that with a simple refund of the product cost. No excess shipments. No unnecessary returns. No added waste.
First order satisfaction guarantee
Your first order is always risk-free. If you are not fully satisfied, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the product cost in full, no questions asked. You keep the product—because sending it back only adds to the problem we are here to solve.
The mail system is great, but still imperfect. If there are issues with any shipments and you need replacements, we will gladly send one at your request.

Fine print
Refunds are only available on your first subscription order, and not recurring refills. You can reschedule, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account to meet your needs. We are not able to provide refunds for subscriptions that are canceled and subsequently reactivated. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your refund and an additional 7-10 days for the accounts to reflect in your bank.
